New Year Habits

Habits that I hope to remain in 2026 and beyond!

  1. Posture! I say this every year. And since this year’s theme is about being intentional, I hope it’ll be easier this time.

  2. Remain calm. Regulate my emotions versus reacting.

  3. Drink warm water.

  4. Workout - Solin app

  5. Make the bed.

  6. Take more pictures of myself and pictures with my family.

  7. Hydrate my feet and body often. I have really dry skin!

  8. Take my vitamins!

  9. Home Mani & Pedi

  10. Look presentable - even if I’m at home!

  11. Get sunlight and take walks.
