Celebrating our Superhero
It’s my husband’s birthday month and my 3rd year celebrating mother’s day. This month has become very meaningful!
As we get older, my husband and I don’t really do much on our birthdays, with the exception of taking pictures and having cake at home altogether. I wanted to share his itinerary - in case youre looking for something lowkey and fun to do while celebrating with a toddler.
Itinerary-
*Surprised our superhero with balloons and a HBD banner with a gift.
*Breakfast @ home - it’s just easier and way more manageable with our toddler. We had boiled eggs, sliced apples, blueberries and rice with chicken soup.
*Lunch - We went to Dumpling King. We ordered the crab and pork dumpling soups, cold noodles & honey chicken wings.
*Indoor Putt Putt & Arcade - our 2.5 enjoyed it so much for the first time and because of that we did too!
*Home - toddler nap time. I prepped to make my husband’s favorite dish—Nasi Lemak! I followed a recipe on youtube from the owner of Secret Recipe & Marion’s Kitchen.
*Cooked our food, my husband opened his Lego gift & we called it a day!
How do you normally celebrate birthdays with little ones?
